At Two Sands One Love, some pieces are finished and ready to ship, and others are made to order just for you once your order is placed. Here's what to expect.

Processing: Ready-to-Ship Items
In-stock apparel, premade hats, stickers, and accessories ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Production: Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order apparel and custom DIY Hat Bar hats need 1 to 2 weeks for production before they ship. All items are produced in-house or in small batches with intention and care. During new drops or high-volume periods, production may take the full 2 weeks.

Mixed Orders
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, it will generally ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Time (Transit)
Transit time is in addition to processing or production time. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): estimated 2 to 5 business days in transit
Other options: additional UPS and USPS services, including faster delivery, are available at checkout
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delays
While we always aim to meet our timelines, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or high-volume periods may occur and are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Two Sands One Love is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
