At Two Sands One Love, each piece is made to order and often customized just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to review all product details, sizing information, and customization selections carefully before placing your order.
Damages & Issues
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if:
- Your item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
To report an issue, email us at twosandsonelove@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. If approved, we will gladly replace the item or offer a solution to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the custom nature of our products.
